Front Disk Brake Hub?

Hi all, I'm wondering what hub i need to set up front dick brakes on a homemade racing go kart? I confused because i can't seem to find hubs that are long enough, AND have holes on the end without the wheel attached to it to attach a rotor.

This link has pictures of a hub, but the hub looks like it comes in 2 pieces.

This one doesn't have a mount for a rotor and is to short.

Do you guys know what exact part i would need to buy t set up a font dish brake for a racing kart?

Theres been several different brands/models of front brake systems used on 125cc shifter karts over the years.
