I'd like to be almost like a side by side... So loading it into the back of a truck would be out of the question. I need a trailer for my quad anyways so it's not really any different.

The thing about oil injection, it is great as long as it works. I wouldn't use pre-mix if I had oil injection. And even of the pump stops working, the motor will run quite a while on straight gasoline. After a few hundred hours, the engine will be "seasoned" with residual oil, This oil will lubricate it for at a surprisingly long while until it locks up.
This is one of the stupidest comments I have ever heard! You have no idea what you are talking about!

Ahhh....me not knowing that much about two cycles...and almost nothing about oil injection 2 cycles...it's good to be backed up by someone who knows.

But if oil injected 2 strokes work anything like non-injected 2 strokes...the gas goes in the crankcase....and...(as a guy who washes parts in gasoline when times are tough)...knows it doesn't take long to wash oil off with it!

Naw. He was just confused with a Good solid cast iron Frying pan.
A One "seasoned" one is better than Teflon for non stick!

Sorry. The point i was trying to make was that used 2 strokes last a lot longer using straight gas than new ones. When Stihl tries to get their chainsaws to lock up, they use new saws so they don't have to stand there wide open for minutes and minutes waiting for the saw to lock up. I wish I could give a source, but I heard it by word of mouth. Anyways, thanks for correcting me. Sometimes us teenagers need it.

Now that is what a man does, admits his mistakes and moves on and earns respect.

Nice link Chancer. I'm going to be using the clutches from the sled so an automatic isn't really needed.

My concept is kind of like a quad. High for driving around and low of playing around. Lol my idea is kind of crude but I'd like to do a jack shaft off the secondary clutch with 2 or 3 sprockets mounted on it. Below that I'd do about her shaft parall with the pivot on the rear suspension so that chain will always be tight between the shaft and live axel. On the lower shaft there would be 2 or 3 matching sprockets to the upper jack shaft. Between the jack shafts I'd do a set of matching tensioners.

To shift I'd have to stop and manually switch gears. But hey it's cheep... Lol

Ya I know it's bad... But I'm trying to build most of this stuff my self to keep the cost down. Few hundred for a gear box is kind of out the door.

Any one here tried Google SketchUp? Or anouther free 3D program? Looking to do some better drawing then the sketches you all got a good laugh out of.

I tried Sketch up.
Ended up using graph paper! 1/4" square per 1" actual.
Then Scanned in to paint!
I did not laugh at you.

I didn't laugh either. If you have an idea share it. You never know what it may develop into with the help of a few extra minds. No idea is stupid. Most people won't waste the energy to try to come up with something original. And even if it doesn't work you most likely will learn something new along the way. Success can be found even in failure.
