For one thing....you cannot weld round tubing without fishmouthing (tube notch) the tube ends first.

landuse, I have tack welded them like that first and then did my favorite thing- fill in the blanks

the fabricator filled in all the places and gave me a complimentary body putty and prime job, all under 10$. D**n he was good!

So the holes were filled in using a welder? It is not the best way to do it, but hopefully it holds up for you

back end- kinetic Y2K 100 full swingarm assembly
front end- kinetic Y2K 100 forks
tank- NOS bottle (NOS systems or NX?)
