Frame year id

Anyone know about what year this was made. I am sure this engine is what came on it cause the tube on engine side was cut so it could be mounted. Probably had a flathead engine my guess.

It doesn't just wondering. Probably sale it to fund new project for axles and steering parts

It’s impossible to know what year it is unless it’s stamped on the frame.
