Hi, new to karts here. What is the most common tubing size for a kart frame? I have a Rogue Fab bender and looking to buy a die for karts & maybe mini bike frames. Would I be able to get away with one tube & radius size die or would I need different radius bends? TIA

Depends on what ya plan on building. How big? How much power? How heavy?
1 inch x.120 is pretty versitile, easy to work with and if done properly can handle a lot of abuse.
Some guys use water pipe and have success with it, again depends on the plan.

Dies are expensive! If you can afford several, go for it.
l have only a 1x6 and manage to get by. It would be nice to have a 4 inch and maybe an 8, but l cant justify the expense.

Thanks for the info. I plan on using predator cart engines mostly, nothing crazy. I can get a 1" x 4.5 clr or 1 1/8" x 3.5 clr. Would the tighter radius be more beneficial?

Decide on the tubing size, then get the die. You are listing 1 inch by 4..5 and 1.125 by 3.5 if l am reading that right. l would take the 1 inch option for several reasons.
The radius you choose has to do with what you plan on making. You need tight bends or will bigger lazy bends better both mechanically and astetically?
