Frame id/engine fitting

Can anyone out there id this frame and where i can possibly get nerf bars/bumper for it? Also i am planning to go look at a NX650 engine today to drop into this kart. Am i gonna run into any space issues or should it bolt up no problem?

Looks like one of the 70's/80's-era Bug Kart models.
Bug karts were high quality and won a lot of races back then.

I think that engine is way overkill for your frame.

Well of course he does, Jim lol. NX650 is a single cylinder (thumper) 644 cc wild thang.

Seems like all the new guys want to put monster engines into a kart designed for maybe up to 10-12HP, but it makes for fun video.

Hmm, I have an overhauled Honda Civic engine, stripped of all the EPA crap, ~100hp. Lessee, how about 60" wrinkle wall slick tires? Can you figure out which CC I need, and sprocket sizes for me???? Can you tell me where I can get 200 octane fuel? Think my home built angle iron frame can handle it? Oh and it'll be 4x4. C'mon Jim, I just know you can help.

Wilder, I think that would be an interesting build. Hopefully you have access to a wide open area to utilize the power you would have with that engine. You plan to use the tranny from the bike too? Should be one heck of a shifter kart. Get a good helmet.
