Frame fix for friend

I’m straightening the broken frame on my friend’s MANCO so it can go to a weld shop he knows, any straightening tips? Here’s the break:My method so far:Ignore the axle. lol

Maybe insert a short piece of (probably 5/8") rod as an internal "splint"
...& then, use a Ratchet strap to "jack" 'er back together

Thanks Functional, we decided the welder could probably do it

Make an insert that fits as good as possible and drill 3/8 holes for plug welds to hold it tight, then weld perimeter.
