So I was perusing the Facebook marketplace searching for go karts (as one does) and stumbled upon this and the seller as was asking $400. After going to look at it talked them down to $300 and I now have a new project. What I like is that is is complete, although there is some rust and needs some good TLC (was kept outside for quite some time) I think it will be pretty sweet. The engine has good compression however I did not want to attempt to start it but will give it a good service first. The engine seems to have a charging coil so I may transplant that into a HF 212 that I have if that is even an option.
I am not sure what the model is since I brought it home and left it in the garage but from some internet searches it looked like a Manco Intruder of sorts. Anywho plan is to get it rolling them maybe at a later date (when Texas summers are a little easier) do a complete restore on it.
