I agree. But it just SEEMS to me that the CVT can't raise the belt (gear ratio) all the way out at 6:1. At 3600 engine RPM, 43 MPH with 22 inch tires looks like 8.37:1. My math was proven faulty, but if the converter can only shift up to 8.37 to one with a 6:1 chain ratio...aren't we losing some bottom end by not gearing at 8.37 to one in the first place and allowing the belt to use its full range of movement?
