Fixed up a Brister's Thunder Kart for a co-worker, then found another.

For posterity.
Got the red one running for a co-worker who immediately sold it to another co-worker when a third co-worker took it for a rip around the yard.
Found the black/pink one on marketplace.

Sounds like everyone where you work likes go karts. On the new one, be careful with those Harbor Freight hand dolly front wheels. They won't hold up.

Ouch! What an ingrate. 😢 I'm kidding, but did that bother you?
Could you tell the name/model number on the red kart? Looks like one or more decals were present.

Those are just rollers. They were bought for a race kart rolling stand. The spindle shafts aren't long enough to get nuts on. I agree and appreciate you.

Doesn't hurt my feelings. It's just funny. I brought a Coleman CT-200 mini bike in for one of the guys to buy for his kid. He said it was too fast for his kid. The guy who brought the go kart in bought the mini bike and rides it himself.
I believe they are both Brister's Thunder Karts, made here in Louisiana. I think Manco bought Brister at some point.
Back in the day Thunder Karts were very popular here. Luckily I got a Manco Orange Krate when I was a kid, though.

Too fast for his kid. Then you teach them not to hold the throttle wide open for extended periods of time. Plus, it usually doesn't take long until they start asking
" can you make it go faster ". I've heard that so many times over the years.
