Hello everyone. I'm building a go kart for a project at school and I was wondering If you could help me with choosing materials for my go kart. I've designed it to be about 6ftx3ft, two seater, needs to carry a maximum of 200lbs. So far Ive designed it with 3/4" x 3/4" square tubing. Is this going to be enough, and could I possibly use angle iron instead. THANK YOU!

Square tubing is perfection, and I want to see your designs!

If you were to use angle iron, I would weld them together so they would make a square, and make the frame out of that. Plain old angle iron may not be able to hold 200 lbs.
I only say this if you have a lot of angle iron laying around; otherwise buying 3/4*3/4 or 1*1 tubing may not be a bad idea
