gopedude, if you want to find a kart on CL you have to check every day (actually several times a day) and call the minute you see one. He who hesitates is lost.

I can't really tell, but you could always see if the seat could move back or you can extend the pedals a bit to give you more room. Did you not go ans see it?

Nope. I havent seen it in person yet. I just asked the seller the length from the seat to the pedals.

That is a Yellow Jacket . It had a roll cage at one stage. You should ask if the owner still has it. Have a look at these threads

Yeah i saw the yellow jacket logo and googled it. Didnt know it was a manco. Ill ask if the seller has the rol cage, but i doubt it.
In your second link i found this....

"This is an older Manco Yellow Jacket. I restored it from the frame up, and stretched it a foot since was too short for practically anyone but a midget to drive!"
^^^ this is what im worried about.
The idea about moving the pedals; i cant even find them in the pic.

There they are...

I am not too sure about that. I don't see a sprocket on the axle. It is difficult to see

Ohh ok.
Live axle- (unless it came modified)
"This is where we're at so far, most of the hard work is done I think.
Cleaned and painted the frame. Didnt realize it was a live axle until we stripped it down, lol."

I dont see how you could move those pedals around. But i think i should have enough room.
