I would give the guy a call. Lots of deals get lost through trying to do deals through texts. Calling ensures you speak to the guy up front

You're going to lose that one to inaction. Not a huge crisis- get your ducks in a row, then scout the ads again. This time, CALL as soon as you spot it. I find most sellers are pretty decent and if you tell them that you're serious, they'll usually hold it for you.

The post has been up for over a week, so it could still he aviable.
Once i know for sure i got permission from my parents, ill start making phone calls.
Im sure i could over $20 or so more the asking price to make the seller more open to holding it for me.

It looks good but what us with those I'm guessing roll bars that go up in the back but don't come back down?

Just brush guards, unsafe in a roll. They bolt on, and he has removed the bars that go over the top to the front.
