first gokart build arachnid

hello everyone im new to this i was just wondering about the arachnid gokart i have been reading loads about it and i have heard ther are some mistakes in the plans just wonted to know if it is true and if some one could let me know what the mistakes are so i dont get anything wrong when i get my plans!!! all help is appreciated thankyou

It's a decent go kart, but it does not have a roll cage. So if you flip it you risk braking your neck. Do your research

most of the problems are with the front end geometry if you check the dimensions with the parts you order before you build you should be fine the length is also very small so if you are taller than 4 feet lengthen it by about 8 inches. I will be installing a role cage on mine because I ended up with a way more powerful engine if you use the ten horse I don't think you will be going at speeds where you will be liable to role it has a large wheel base but you could ask the Arachnidbros about that because they finished their's
if the threads listed above are by silvergrizz they are great to give you an idea what you are getting into you can also check out my thread for this build and I have discussed some of the problems I have come across.

As for a engine you should go with a snowmobile engine, fan cooled best for this application, being as there is no roll cage to attach a radiator and fan, let us know what you want from a buggy or go kart, we can tell you if the plans are for you, check out this website http://badlandbuggy.com/ they have some good plans, easy to follow
