One thing the guy said was that when they put the first bit won't on the turf dog the frame would bind to much and the engine world hit on the back of the seat. Is there any reinforcement that needs to be done to ruin a bigger engine on the turf dogs. Thanks.

I cannot understand what you are saying here. Could you explain it better

The cart came worth a 6.5 hp. The 6.5 got replace with 11hp. After the new engine was installed they started to have a problem that when he would take off fast the kart would squad so much the engine would hit on the frame behind the seat.

If I am reading you correctly, then all you need to do is see if you can maybe move the new engine back a bit. Can you redrill the mounting holes at all?

I want to say there is room to redrill New holes. That's what I was thinking too, but should there be any reason to reinforce the frame. With a bigger engine.

I think you should be fine with the 11HP in your frame.

If you really want to, you can weld some gussets into the corners for more stability.

I think we are will have to see some pictures of your karts motor mount. You might not need to buy new parts. You could just fix what you have

You might also not necessarily need Yerf Dog parts. You could just use any standard motor mount. That is why we need some good pictures to give you more help

What you can do is just cut of the motor mount that is there ans weld a new one on. You could buy steel plate and make one yourself.

It looks like a new motor mount was welded onto the old. Maybe that was for the new engine.

Where is it bent? I cannot see from the picture

sorry how cant tell from this pic. thats all i have since am not at the house. but if you where looking at it from the back you can see where its bent. almost looks like if the engine cause it. on the left wheel is lower then the right side. its not dramatic but noticeable. i just wonder if it will create any issues when i try to align the chain with the torque converter.

So my boy wants to keep working on the cart we already started. So I have a new question, will the axle on the yerf dog work on our project. I do know I would have to get two bolt flanges.
