First go cart project build

Hello everyone, i just purchased my first go cart build. The last owner started the build and then lost interest in it, so i offered him forty dollars to buy it and he sold it to me. Still lots of work yet, it has a yamaha motorcycle engine to put in it. I was told the yamaha motor is a 550cc.

Thanks, going to be alot of work. Any suggestions on parts to use for running a motorcycle engine. The last owner made the frame heavy duty, but i want the frame as light as possible and still stay strong and safe enough. I will be making a full body over the frame in twenty gauge sheet metal then primed and painted.

Been searching to find a complete atv quad that i can use the complete suspension front and back axles for my go cart, no luck yet for parts. Anyone have some places to look
