Ok there is the thought, I have triplet daughters 4 years old. POWERWHEELS SUCK, so I want to build something small and easy to kart them around the yard.

Needs:

LOW Gearing 10 :1 I am thinking so they can Putt around at low speeds around the grass.

Something that runs on Cheap HF 90cc or 49CC motor.

The thought was going to be juist a small Kart with 4 wheels but I thought that was just to easy and I just cant do simple. So after doing some research Here is what I have so far. It is only a pre drawing and I am sure things will change with suggestions and fab work. Let me know your thoughts.

Now you can see what I was talking about the oval pipe .

i think a ladder frame, basic kart, made from 1" tube, then an old briggs 5hp would be an awesome option.

I would use 2"x1" rectangular tubing instead of oval tubing. Much cheaper I'm sure, and much easier to work with as well.
