oh that does make it awsome. thought someone just tried it on there. For them variator and clutch if you have an impact gun they come of in a heartbeat, if not they are a pain. what size tires are you running on the fox and what gear ratio are you running. depending on those you will determine if you need more toque or more speed. The heavier the sliders = higher speed the lower= more torque. as for the clutch you can just order a stock on online and than order a red spring or shim the clutch spring. you can leave the inside small springs stock

19-7-8 front 19-9.5-8 on rear would 1500rpm parts be sufficient, or should I go on up to 2k?

I run 2k on my kart but I am running bigger tires. Are u looking for a higher speed or torque. I would say 2k just because of you chose to bigger on tires you will be good. I would go with 12g or 13g sliders.
