ok parking lot test of the rotary sachs 303 sitting on the mounts on the ground , no exhaust , running off a gas can yields, holy exhaust note !! brap brap brap and flames shooting out upon accel , but it was breaking up a bit as i revved it , will have to take carb apart completely. putting the short curved exhaust on did dull the note a bit but what a pain to mount and it won't fit in the kart with that exhaust on ,custom exhaust routing will be needed , sounded like a v2 buzz bomb lol. now mount design and exhaust route time . it's alive alive !!

Annnnnddddd.....therefore....helping you is now no concern of mine....(and a few others here)..... I've found that the percentage of people who refuse to give a profile location and turn out to be total jerks and trolls to be very high.....good day to you sir....:surrender:

wow such cynicism and knee jerk reaction. some of us simply like to maintain a level of privacy while on the net .i ask for nothing from anyone if they do not wish to give info, and i will help anyone i can . life is too short to worry about low tone folks in a hobby .

Doc I totally see your point. We just like a state. That way we can tell you where a nearby parts supplier may be. Two new guys in buffalo just found out they are pratically neighbors, and will help each other on their builds. ( funny though neither filled out a profile!):lolgoku:
[EDIT]
Oh! that was you. Now you see why it helps.:lolgoku:

:lolgoku: There are guys on this forum that could post up his first, middle , and last name.....his address, vehicle he drives, his drivers liscence #, and last years income....

"Internet privacy? " Yep....file that next to "military intelligence " and "Jumbo shrimp"....

BTW: I may look at it a little differently, Eric, but we all filled out our locations.....now...a reply like his is akin to this to me: New guy: "Hi"................... "Hello, I'm Doug from Texas, this is Eric from California, and Tony from Oz, what's your name and where are you from?" "It's none of your buisness! Are you a cop or something? "

Doc, as for some of the questions any pics of what your looking for, and more insight on exactly what your trying to build, buggy with 125, sounds ok, but still a lot of grey area to be filled in, and leaves 100 different directions of what could be put together. so buggy with 1 or 2 seats, size engine, estimated projected weight of the buggy, riders and how it will be used. get that all thought out get a engine in hand and the sky is the limit. my build uses a lot from atv/utv just put my own twist on how I want it, a 2 stroke will work if your going to be where you can keep throttle wide open, but if your going to be just poking around with joy riding on forest rds, simple 4 stroke would be better, 2 strokes don't like to be cruising, they need to run keeping temperature's and rpms up or they foul plugs. so give us better direction of the build.

What are you talking about? He already said he has a sachs 303 rotary engine. And is about to mount that in his kart.???
