When I bought the kart, it was in really bad shape. The front spindles welds were cracked and bent. The Briggs and Stratton was missing most of it's carb and governor linkage. I did get it running like a top. I put it to the side for my other project kart. I still have to connect the kill switch and attach a flag, but it's pretty much completed.
