Finally finished!

Been working on this for a couple of years. Just got it all the way done and my son is really enjoying riding around the neighborhood.

The joining link on the chain has broken a couple of times so any ideas on what might be causing that are appreciated. Everything seems to be properly aligned and all of that.

Time to get it durty! That's no pavement pounder, that's a dirt machine. OR, maybe that's the way you intended it? On second thought, those tires are "streety" tires, kind of like all-season radials on Mom's station wagon. The tires speak for themselves

I feel cheated that there was no build thread.

It had a set of knobbies on there at first and was meant for off-roading but the kid just wants to ride it around the neighborhood so it is what it is...

Nuthin wrong with that. Those tires are some of the best and can probably handle trails if he should change his mind. I've trail ridden (loose/packed dirt) with racing slicks.

He's been riding it off and on this summer as I got it running but still had a few little things to do to finish it up. Got it painted and body panels put on about 3 weeks ago.
