Been telling him for years to just use Sta-Bil to help.
I have NEVER used Stabil because my gasoline doesn’t sit long enough to justify it. I saw one of more YouTube fuel stabilizer tests that used Stabil and it left a greenish Jello in the fuel bowl? Maybe it was well well past its expiration date but it was also E10. I dunno man.

Just tell him to use E0? That alky just draws in the H²O...

I hope he is serious, because it's true!

I hope they can refill our oil reserves with that fine Texas Tea and lower the fuel prices back down to 88¢ a gallon.

He uses non-oxy ethanol free gas. I have zero issues with running Sta-Bil in my stuff. But I also try to run the tanks to empty, with the carb bowl empty as well. If there is any residue left, theoretically the Sta-Bil should prevent any corrosion to form.

I use Sta-Bil in my 2-5 gallon generator back up cans and the 5 gallons that are in it. I start it every 6 months for a minute or 2. I use regular 89 octane gas in all my equipment. The only thing I run out and empty the carb is my snow blower in the spring. I will rotate the 2 cans with Sta-Bil every 2 years in my lawn equipment.

Have used Sta-Bil in all my karts, and back when I owned classic cars. Anything that doesn't get used on a regular basis. Good for up to a year at least. Maybe longer. No issues with any engine ever. I'm a believer.

.88 A gallon. I think you're asleep and still dreaming. Would be nice though.
