What kind of gocart is this?

How to mesure wheel hubs? (Broke rear one on live axle) (the bore and the bolt pattern)

How to change ball bearing on enclosed live axle?

Looks like a Carter Brothers go kart. I recently rebuilt one like yours except it is a 2 seater. I had the same problem with one of the hubs. I had to cut it off. Bad news is those hubs are not made any more and if you do find one, they are pricey. Check out this link on how I fixed mine.

Lucky for me, my bearings were still decent, but I did think about changing them anyways, ended up not doing it cause the axle would not budge and I did not want to damage it. First you need to remove the axle, be careful not to damage the threads. Once you get it all the way out, get a bar smaller than the 3/4" bore on the bearings, 1/2" should work. It needs to be long enough to reach the opposite side of the axle casing. Then tap out the bearing from the inside thru the opposite side bearing hole, hit it in a crisscross pattern. Hope this helps.

Is the shaft diameter 3/4 bore so all I'd need to do for the hub is get a 4 lug hug with a 3/4 bore and I should be good right I think the distance was 4 inches diagnol between the lugs

My hubs, and likely yours are on a 3-1/8" bolt pattern. The problem is, this bolt pattern is unique to Carter Bros. I couldn't find a direct replacement. If you read the whole thread on mine, you will see that I used a 3/4' bore with 3/16" keyway hub from BMI. Then I modified the one rim to accept the hub, as the bolt pattern on it was 2-13/16". It was the closest replacement I could find.

Hey bud I know I've asked a million questions but could you link me to the hub you bought so I buy the right one to modify my rims to i'd be super great full and I'm not sure if you've removed the shaft but should it just slide out or do I have to knock it out

BMIKarts.com. Item number K262034. Just double check that your axle is 3/4".

I didn't remove my axle, but yeah you have to tap it out without damaging the ends.
