I started a facebook group as a backup community in case this site would ever go down. Please, everyone, join the group. No friend requests are necessary. The group is open to all with no invites needed. Sorry that you must be on facebook to join. It's their rule, not mine. Some of you older members may want to consider making a facebook account (just a suggestion).

There's only 34 people in that group. I believe KeiranN suggested that people send him friend requests although I don't think many people followed up with that for one reason or another. This way we can retain a certain level of privacy while still keeping in contact in the event that this site crashes. We could maybe find a way to re-establish the forums in case it crashes.

It's just that we have all types of people here: kids (minors), fathers, grandfathers, and idk what else and some level of privacy would be appreciated by some people. I know, for one, that I have my phone number on my facebook available only to my friends and I don't know if I'd like to make that available to everyone on here. There are surely some pranksters here.

I think I've posted a bit too much on here about myself but too late now to dig it up and erase. Anyways, this group will allow us to reconvene in the unfortunate event that this site goes down and the immense contents of it are lost. I thought it was a good idea when KieranM suggested it and decided to make a group.
