exhaust adapter for hammerhead 150cc

Hello, this is my first post so I hope I.m in the right area.

I have a 150cc hammerhead twister and I am trying to find where online I can buy the part that hooks the muffler strap to the engine to hold the muffler up.

The first two pictures is what I need to replace.

The third is where it connects.

The part No. is 8.030.037

From looking over that diagram it looks like you might also need a muffler clamp which was mentioned on the second link. It doesn't look like you have a place on the muffler to attach the bolt to.
