Enough power?

I just saw an ad for this 4 seat buggy. It is advertised to have a Gy6 motor. Is that enough power to move 4 people and a 600 lb buggy?

I wouldn't think so, that suspension doesn't look like it would either

I have never seen a picture of one being used, or one in person. Fully loaded it would be SLOW. That would have to be a very large GY6 to motivate that much weight.

It seems like everywhere that sells " modern " karts, you see the 4 seater advertised. Almost think it has to be more of a novelty. Talk about slow and underpowered.
