make sure everythings lined up with mine we had to push hard for it to slide on because i didnt use the new keyway just push it on, set the chain and if not just either pull the C clip on the masterlink, or you could grind the master link off

ok so now i adjusted rear sprocket hub and reverse the clutch, so its pretty much done. next question is the keyway that came with the clutch wont fit. so do i just slide the clutch on a and screw the set screws all the way in?

Measure the piece of key. If it's a 3/4" clutch, the key should be 3/16" and a 3/4" shaft should have a 3/16" keyway. Take measurements of all of these, you NEED a piece of key in there.

thanks. i got everything together and everything is good. now all i have to do is run the throttle cable and mount the seat. so now i have to find a way to mount the seat because it rubs on the clutch

Wait, let me guess, you had the key sideways!? It's probably 3/16" wide by 1/4" tall. Your seat rubs on your clutch? How does that happen?

Is there any play in the seat mounting? Can you drill a few new holes and move it over?

When I installed a super wide 10hp engine on my kart I had to bend all the the seat-struts to move the seat 2 inches further away from my engine:
