It sounds like it isn't exhausting and is sending compressed air/fuel out your intake which is why I'm so lost.. One of my engines did this (4 stroke) and it wasn't timing.. I think my jet was too big, but with yours it sounds like its wayy too rich?

Could you post a pic or 2 of the bike and motor in question...Maybe it has other issues were not seeing off hand...

Guys nevermind, i've just got it running. Unscrewed the mixture screw and screwed the idle one then i spinned it with the drill full throttled and suddenly released tge throttle. Made a big explosion and got running

On our 2 stroke, carbed PWC, reeds, or timing issues will cause the air/fuel to spit out the intake.
Do you hear it after firing at all? Hmm, that might be a non-issue on these kart motors, as there's no waterbox to collect unburnt fuel.
