Engine spacer comet 20

time to mount my converter, they sent a spacer thats 1/4 inch too long. How much space needed between fixed face and mounting plate.

Pictures. On my 30 TC, the sheaves are a bit off for some wierd geometry issue that I bet is amplified on the 20 due too the steeper angle on the stationary sheave.
