In google, search up 212cc Honda Clone. Yes, they are clones. I run a honda clone and the only problem i've had was a stuck float.

How many RPMs does it put out stock?
I am trying to get it to run a two seater kart with shocks, and I weigh 125-130 pounds.
I am trying to see if they have enough power to get me going a good speed.
I heard you can get them to 5000 Rpms with taking the govener off, but I would need a way to know how many rpms I am putting out so I don't pass 5000 and blow it.

5000 your looking to blow your engine after a while. The stock is 3600, they make small tachometers you can buy. They are around $20, search for tach threads there were a few with the tach linked. You can buy parts to put out 7000rpm. That will cost you around $300. I would consider getting a 420cc predator. you will be able to gear higher giving you more speed. Check out torque converters too, they are a great investment.

I have a torque converter, and I was going to get Aggresive cams, flywheel, air filter, muffler, bore out the pistons, and get a moped mini turbo.

Ok, let's do some math:

212cc Predator $120 You get 6.5hp
Preformance parts ~ $300 You might get 9 -10hp
Total $420

420cc Predator $350 You get 13 - 14hp out of the box & you can add to that if needed.

The only downside may be if your torque converter is a 30 series made for 3/4" shaft as the 420 is a 1" shaft.
