Hello. So my Dn150 Baja putts alot and revs when i still have my foot on the gas pedal. When i try to climb hills though it putts badly and kinda smells like alot of gas and something burning. Not sure if it's the silent muffler i put or it'/ms not getting enough gas or something. I have a video of what it sounds like but it's not the greatest and no picture. Just want my buggy running again before my brother comes home on the 23rd.

Sounds like it could be running rich. If you changed the muffler with something more restrictive, the engine ma be getting less air and need the carburetor jetting adjusted.

Look for cracks in the frame that can cause the Kart to flex, stretching the throttle cable in and out.

Yeah lean is definitely likely if the muffler connection is leaking. I was thinking it might be rich because you said it smelled like gas and the muffler had been changed.

Normally these carbs for gy6 engines are jetted too lean from the factory because they are supposed to meet emissions. I usually change the main jet up a size or 2 to get it running better and maybe a little more if I change the airfilter to be less restrictive.
