Does anyone know of any printable engine mount templates?
For our average 5 or so hp engines, but also big double digit hp engines aswell?

Im thinking about building a stand that I could bolt the engine down to to work on it... instead of having it on a kart or whatever.

I did some searching, but I couldnt seem to find what I was looking for. :mad2:

Also, if there is one fore the pattern around the crankshaft? Like if there was a gear reduction unit or TC mount. I dont know the technical term for it ha.

Thanks,
Beal.

Take a piece of paper, lay it flat, under the engine & use a sharpie to mark the centre of the mounting holes & trace the outline; there's your template...

For the side cover pattern, take another piece of paper, cut a hole in the middle for the crankshaft to fit through, place it over the shaft, flat on the side cover & rub it with a slightly dirty hand & the edges will show up

Why not just measure or out

Go on said engines website and the measurements will be there

Connivence.
Atleast for in my humble opinion.

If I cant find anything, then I probably could measure it out... or as Fabroman said.
