I currently have a flathead motor with a 15 degree mount on my Trick frame. Long story short, it needs to be rebuilt. I want to switch over to a predator 212 but can I reuse my old engine mount?

Do you have any pictures of the mount itself for the engine you have now. They usually have the hole specs on the site for the motors and can see if they align with the hole alignment you have on the engine mount at the moment

No other pics, I will be buying a predator next weekend and the mounts are currently still attached to my flatheads

Yep I agree with Texan, your same motor mount & clutch should work just fine; although you might need to move your seat over a bit, unless your motor mount has the side to side, adjust-ability feature. Might also need to adjust your axle sprocket over a bit to perfectly align too.

As I recall... Most guys that race clone engine karts like yours only run between 12 & 14-ounces of oil, because of the angle of 15 degree motor mounts. But I'd recommend you thoroughly research that detail first, at this other kart-racers forum: https://karting.4cycle.com/forumdisplay.php?7-Clone
