If it's a very small, lightweight kart & uses the correct gearing, yes...

Paul, these engines use a clutch similar to those used on pocket bikes & can be found just about everywhere...

i was planning of using it on the two seat go kart plan by kartfab but from what you have said i think this engine would not be good so its either i will look for a bigger engine or i would look for a different go kart plan.

id go with the 212cc predator for only $199.99 you cant beat it and there are tons of upgrades you can get for it if you ended up wanting to

$199.99 would be 9,000 philippine peso and that would equal my 1 month sallary huhuhuhuhuhuh!! i think i will just save money to build the frame first and save again for the engine..

I think there will be a better bet looking at some small boat shops, as long tail boats are common place there, and using those 200cc Honda gx200 motors..
