Efficient being the keyword..... It would cost too much to build a viable electronic turbo for a small engine. Might as well buy the next bigger engine..... LoL

Well it would be cool to have that small engine dyno Jim was talking about and Sid will tell you how to make it. COOL. I might have to vacation in Texas just to check it out.

Yes, and has to have a minimum of 1 12 gauge shotgun, or a 30-06 , or a baseball bat, and a
9mm....... A combination of 2 or 3 of the above is preferred...... 
I WISH I had a small engine dynometer. I think BMI sold their old one on ebay, like last year.....
