Is there anyway I can make a electric start, lights ect. for my Tecumseh 6.5hp power sport motor?

you need a flywheel with magnets on the inside, and a ring gear.
next you need a electric starter from tecumseh.
also need a charge coil for the battery.
and lastly you need a battery, solenoid, keyswitch, lights, and wiring.
may be VERY expensive.

IIRC there is a chines electric start and charging coil kit on ebay for honda gx200s and/or gx200 clones. i think its $100
in most cases electric start isn't really needed. a properly running engine should be started very easily with the recoil.
lights aren't usually necessary unless you ride in the dark. you can look into a battery you charge periodically, or find some way to install a small generator/alternator (they have bicycle headlight kits w/ a generator on ebay, the light is pretty small though).
