Say you're the grandfather of all noobs..
No one in here wants to count every nut, bolt and washer you might need to complete or even assemble a kart.
So that list will always be incomplete.
Say, you're pretty handy and know your way around tools, and the general principles...
there's generally no point in listing all the obvious things.
(you'll need four wheels, a seat ...
)
So, list what you THINK you'd need, and if you're missing something we can chime in and add to
your list.
Short: a fully working petrol go kart;
remove engine, clutch, tank and throttle;
then add
motor (
engine), controller (
not a clutch), batteries (
tank) and throttle (
very different type )
