electric childs kart

Was wondering if anyone has seen this little electric offroad look kart. Obviously built by a professional but worth looking at for ideas etc..

Very cool but odd in a way. Lots of custom machining and with quality workmanship throughout but then it's powered but a 12V wheelchair motor with a simple switch for a throttle. I'd also like to see someone sitting in the thing. It has an adult sized steering wheel and seat but I can't see how an adult would fit.

I believe the seat is a smaller scale suspension seat that is available for the sand rail crowd to provide safer seating for kids.
So a small child would fit well in this, plus get a kick in the pants when he hits the go pedal.
