If you remember, last year I dragged home an old Ken Bar Streaker kart and proceeded to fix it up.
Here are some pics of the finished product. I lengthened the wheelbase 4 inches and moved the pedals forward to make it roomier.
After a 4 hp engine and one wheel peel, I decided to install a 196cc BSP Clone...
This prompted the decision to convert to live axle.....
A disc brake setup helps it stop....And
a Nassau panel gives it that vintage look. I haven't yet driven it, but it looks like it will fly.....
Some of you will notice the lack of Ackerman in the steering-but this is only supposed to be a fun Track Day kart...Perhaps I will design new tie rods...Thanks for looking!!!
