Ebay go kart plans ????

With me been new to go karts and wanting to build one, do you think its worth buying one of them go kart plans off of ebay ?
Or are they no good at all ? Has anyone ever got one of these plans off of ebay ?

Ive had a good look at them and thought if i get one off of ebay it may be more detailed
