You would have to fix where he cut the frame to fit the drivin clutch in. This kart would be scary fast. 440cc or 340cc is my guess. 30hp to 60hp or so depending on model.

I can see that little chain snapping pretty fast. More work there than it looks. Exhuast will be tricky and hard. Worth the money to the right person with right skills. Probably to fast to have any real safe fun in.

Ask what model polaris motor that is. Then see if part are on ebay. You need all the wiring.cdi box reg and all that.
