They take 8% of the sellers total bill including Shipping!!!

I've always only been charged 3%.

3-4 years ago they included shipping into the fees because they use to bill just selling price.
Since they caught on that a 50$ item was being sold at $1.00 buy it now with $49 shipping thats when they changed it.
Now they get the full item value percent.

That makes sense. Except when you are a legitimate business trying to use Ebay.
Shipping varies greatly on big heavy items that you never know if they are shipping to Texas, Maine or Floriduh.
They should just set rules and enforce them!
That dumb rule only makes sense on Flat rate shipping!
We have technology that they can easily use, Ebay is a bunch of crooks.

When is the last time anyone has sold stuff. I got charged 10% all year. Product and shipping + 10% on total. Really sucks. Stupid eBay

Yes, i looked back at some invoices and 10% fee for sale.
Plus you have all the insertion charges.
Then you get charged the paypal fee for getting paid.

I buy alot of stuff on ebay and it is usually the cheapest.
I do not know how those people make money! Even on Volume.

Nope. It says no local pickup. Cause it would be $300 pickup in person. Lol. And if it was in Cali or Florida and I'm in Oklahoma I would have been on my way already.

They did it to me before. I think I posted a semi complete kart for sale and they said it should have been on eBay motors which charge more instead. I told them where to stick it and reposted it without some parts on it but as is with it. Lol
