easier way to start a DD GO KART ?

Ok.... My opinions about going clutch less aside... After a good think about your dilemma....
I think you need a roller starter... And a means to jump off of it..
They have these for race bikes... I'm guessing to have sans starter to save weight and maybe no battery...
There are a whole host of verity both comercial and home brew variants... Google them.

You could buy a brake line kit and most any other parts you'd need at this racekart shop in Phoenix: http://www.innovativekarting.com/

my nylon brake in the middle...all i do is buying the union and the compression sleeve 3/16 and it work perfectly fine... i did however did place an order for the whole new brake line

That is a cool starter idea. I guess you would just need Longer rollers for a Kart.
and still a buddy to helpyou get off the thing. But at least said buddy Does not have to push! LOL
