E-tube question for clone

Lifan 196cc with 5-bolt valve cover. Added free-flow air filter and wienie pipe. Main jet increased to .035, idle jet drilled out to .018. Should I replace the stock emulsion tube with the 140 tube or will that make the fuel too rich? A few videos (including ARC Racing) say to keep the stock tube while many others go for the 140 as a matter of course.

I have a predator 212 hemi with air filter/adapter, header/muffler and .038 main jet/140 e-tube.
The e-tube was the last thing I added after reading good things about it and seeing its so cheap. I have no scientific data but it feels more responsive/torquey after the 140 etube. I don't really notice any difference after about 3.5k rpms but it seems/feels better from idle to 3.5k-ish rpm.

Not sure if an actual Honda tube is any different???

Here you can get 3 of them shipped to you for $10.
You might find then cheaper, $6 each, but after shipping... 3 for $10 might be the best option.
Unless you are buying other parts, then grouping with the rest of the order might make most sense.

IMHO, I'd just leave the stock one, unless you are noticeably lean in the low/midrange.
Can you post that ARC video? Those are usually pretty good, but also usually geared towards race karts which generally run at WOT most of the time.

You can call ARC and ask them personally. Tell them what you have and what you want to do.
They provide outstanding customer service.

Heres my take on the 140 E-tube. It gives you a better fuel signal right? Thats great, but you don't need a better fuel signal unless you bore out your carb.

IIRC jody said something about the honda gx140 e tube. I would personally NOT USE IT unless i was using a bored out carb that caused a loss in vacuum signal.

I purchased a Stage 1 kit from Go Power Sports and it did NOT come with an E tube... I emailed GPS and they said they do not use it as they had more issues when including it in the kit. They said to give it a go and try it out using the jet only. FYI
