Not sure if an actual Honda tube is any different???
These might be chinese clones.
This is the ARC description...
http://www.arcracing.com/dj-1251-bsp-clone-gx140-e-tube/
"This E-tube has a slightly larger main bore and less air bleed holes providing a better fuel signal at the jet. Improves performance across the RPM range, but especially on bottom end and mid range. You will want a main jet between .035" and .037" and low speed jet around .024" depending on how much you can bore out the carb venturi and which cam you use. This tube is legal in both Superbox and BP. It is not permitted in Box Stock classes."
Here you can get 3 of them shipped to you for $10.
You might find then cheaper, $6 each, but after shipping... 3 for $10 might be the best option.
Unless you are buying other parts, then grouping with the rest of the order might make most sense.

IMHO, I'd just leave the stock one, unless you are noticeably lean in the low/midrange.
Can you post that ARC video? Those are usually pretty good, but also usually geared towards race karts which generally run at WOT most of the time.
You can call ARC and ask them personally. Tell them what you have and what you want to do.
They provide outstanding customer service.
