Dune buggy, side x side upgrade

I bought a new UTV Pitsterpro I bought a Suzuki LT300 Quadrunner 1988.
I removed all the mechanics and electronics PisterPro to adapt the engine 300 4 valves with semi automatic transmission Quadrunner. It took a lot of changes the space was very small, I wanted to maximize the space for the seat, I wanted to back the rear axle as possible, the configuration of the original engine was completely different.
I changed the tires and suspension, I price shocks of snowmobiles allowed me to double the suspension travel and ground clearance. I made the front and rear bumpers and a ventral plate protection.

List of the main changes:

Airbox with caches to hide tires, UNI air filter that comes from an Outlander 800HO, prefilter on the openings of the air boxes.

Extend and reinforce the rear suspension arm, just enough to clear the engine of the suspension.

*

Adjust front and rear shock from snowmobile double the suspension travel and increase ground clearance.

*

Fan from a 450R for cooling the engine, grilles for protected the fan and the engine to projections against the tire.

*

Shifter on center console with arm and ball (space very restrict) shifter for reverse with semi-rigid cable.(a lot fitting!)

*

Replace seats and safety cage lift for more space.

*

Battery from garden tractor under the seat for better capacity than the original micro battery and a low cost of replacement. Complete rebuild of the electrical circuits.

*

Front and rear bumper with winch.

*

Ventral plates full protection in UHMW

*

Training 2 chain system to allow proper positioning of the engine and get the right gear ratio without having to put a rear gear too big (which would reduce the ground clearance).

Front tire 23'' and rear tire 25'' to increase ground clearance and give a comfortable ride over rough terrain. These tires are also lighter tire in this size, by cons they do not have the best handling (soft).

*

Suzuki 300cc 4 valve engine in excellent conditions (145 PSI compression)

*

The weight was 540lbs of origin, now it should be about 600 lbs (engine weight only 25lbs more) which is light for a side x side or a dune buggy.

The good ground clearance, larger tire, suspension more travel, the engine torque at low speeds and skid plates can move almost anywhere.

the video is kind of low-resolution and grainy looking. maybe time to upgrade your camera as well? lol.
