That's not funny. lol

I'm guessing it started with an over-served, swaying, bobble-headed spectator. Too drunk to pay attention to the game, but sober enough to still understand that a "Time Out" is a noun.

The whole thing sounds like a conversation with a friend who is about to pass out while still wearing their shoes.

The fact that our national anthem is played before every sports game is a joke. Save it for Independence Day or Memorial Day, it does NOT belong on the playing field.
