Dumb question.

I've searched high and low but I can not figure out how to change my profile picture.

Been here almostr a year now, and I can't do it.

Can anyone direct me to the correct place?

Yeah...look at the blue bar at the top of this page....click on "Quick links".... then on "Edit details "....then "edit profile picture " will pop up in the options.
