Found a old 4 wheeler for the front suspension and tires. Also have some 2x3 " tubing from another project. It's only 12ga. 3/32ish thick. So it not as heavy as it looks . As of now I plan to use 2 212 hemi's on it. Or a 670 predator..

Got the frame cut for the axle bearing brackets. I'll box in the notched cut next.
Also picked up some shocks at BMI when I got the bearings and brackets.

Other pics are of the other kart I swaped out the bent 5/8" axle for a 1"

Time for AutoCad to help for the look I'm trying to get. I'll detail the front suspension next to be sure what I have will work and look good

I picked up this MH100 tecumseh a wile back. And just came across all the parts to convert it to electric start and charging system . Now I'm thinking of using it on this kart build. This engine should have the same torque as two 212 predators. I'll just need to get the #40 torque converter for a 1" shaft

But 2 predators will start and run consistently. That tecumseh label is old indian word meaning.
Worthless irritataing pile of crap.

Got a little more done on the frame.. all the rest of it will be 1.25 square or 1" round tubing. Also gota love the hoist. And let it do all the lifting and holding.

Little more progress made this week. I'm waiting on the seat next so I can build the dash panel , steering column and the cage.
