Driven clutch hammerhead

So I'm a newbie. I am trying to remove the rear clutch on my mudhead 208cc. I don't have access to a impact wrench right now. Is there a way to remove it without one? I don't need to disassemble the rear clutch. I am trying to replace a broken bolt behind the pulley. Thanks for any advice that can be given.

get an old chain, and attach that to the sprocket behind it
(maybe on the other end of the jackshaft...)
you can also use a slightly longer chain and wrap it around the axle sprocket,
then bolt a few links together in between the two sprockets.
so the kart/chain can't move.

Are you saying wrap a chain inside the pulley or on the shaft.

Hes saying put the chain on the sprockets and bolt ot down to where it cant move so it can hold your driven, and keep it from spinning while you try to break it loose.

Well maybe I'm just lost the sprocket is separate from my crank.

it is the crankshaft.. I was talking about the jackshaft
since that other pulley (driven ) was the one you asked to remove in your first post

You want to remove your driver (the one on the engine) or the driven (the one with the chain sprocket) ?

If you're trying to remove the driven unit, what I did was pick up a nylon piston stop at an auto parts store, remove the spark plug then thread the piston stop into the spark plug hole. Turn the engine over slowly by pulling on the starter rope until the engine won't turn due to the piston hitting the stop. You can then remove the driven nut and remove the driven unit. Same thing with the drive unit. You can also hold tension on the starter rope to keep the crankshaft from turning while you remove the drive unit through bolt. Hope this helps if this is what you're attempting to do.

Not sure if my piston stop idea would work or not since the axle would still turn with the stop installed. Maybe apply the parking brake and see if that keeps the axle from turning or have a friend stand on (firmly press) the brake pedal to hold the axle in place while the driven unit nut is loosened (if your brakes are setup this way.)
