First off, thanks for any help and advice you can offer. We bought our son a go kart last year and just replaced the engine and torque converter. Unfortunately the belt I currently has is too small. As soon as I try to start the engine the cart jumps forward and won’t start. It also won’t let me pick the cart forward before locking up the wheels. I currently have a 725 drive belt. Can anyone tell me the next size up in length and the part number that would work? Not sure how much bigger to go, but the current one is not cutting it! Thanks again

You probably went from a 6” driven to a 7”. One of the parts suppliers has a chart and explanation how to measure for belts. I don’t remember which one perhaps some other member will chime in.

One other thing I forgot. You haven’t mixed up 20,30 or 40 cvt parts with other series parts have you? Take good pictures.

Here are the pics. Maybe I have the wrong parts, but hoping it’s just the belt is so short. The last one I had the belt was a lot looser than this one. I can’t even lift this one up.
